Types of employment/placement opportunities available:
N.B. For All employment and placement opportunities, coaches will be subject to a Criminal Record Bureau check and will be required to satisfy the standards required by the employer/deployer before they can be deployed.
The majority of coaches gaining paid employment through Coaching CW may be required to do so in the first instance, on a self employed basis. This will provide coaches with the maximum flexibility in terms of choosing who and when they work. It will also allow coaches to manage their own work arrangements should they choose to do so. To assist coaches with becoming self-employed all those registered with the agency will be given the option of attending a series of short workshops designed to help develop their business knowledge and skills on topics such as tax and insurance. This will be delivered twice per year or [more or less frequently] as demand dictates.
